In feb '99 inaugurates METASTASIO JAZZ ‘99 festival with an original production commissioned by Fondazione Metastasio di Prato carried out togheter with Cristina Zavalloni and the “ Impasse ” group (Roy Paci tp - Gaetano Santoro t. sax, Guglielmo Pagnozzi a.sax, Domenico Caliri guit., Fred Casadei bass; and Cristina Zavalloni voice, composition, Francesco Cusa drums, composition): a postrecording of the famous '27 movie “Aurora” of Murnau. The music written for the movie is published on a cd (thanks to Stefano Zenni): “New Original Soundtrack for AURORA ” (BassesfeREC, 2000), presented in Ravenna and Bologna in october 2000 during the festival JAZZ CROSSING, with ANDY SHEPPARD playing sax as a guest. All electronics parts are played with the legendary "QY20" by Francesco Cusa.
